Motum acquires Curator Hiss AB in Uddevalla

On 1 October, Motum strengthened its presence in western Sweden through the acquisition of Curator Hiss AB in Uddevalla. Curator Hiss has become part of Motum, bringing further expertise, local roots and a continued clear focus on customers.

The acquisition is part of Motum’s continued growth and strengthens the Group’s presence in western Sweden. Curator Hiss has around ten employees and brings strong local expertise, short decision-making processes and close customer relationships in Uddevalla and the surrounding area.

Fredrik Bodin, Managing Director of Motum Väst, will lead the continued development of Curator Hiss’s operations. Nicklas Holme and Karl Petersson, former partners in Curator Hiss, will remain with the business as site manager and foreman respectively. The head office will remain in Uddevalla.
